Shaw
Marley Shaw is a 15-year-old performer who is delighted to be an Honorable Mention for The Rebecca Luker Master Class Scholarship. Marley has participated in workshops with Mariah Rose Faith, Beth Leavel and Andrea Macasaet. She is thrilled to start working with and learning from The Broadway Mentors Program.
Marley lives in Central Massachusetts and loves everything musical theater. Her credits include Belle in Beauty and the Beast Jr. (The Hanover Theatre), Marian Paroo in The Music Man Jr. (The Hanover Theatre), Charlie Bucket in Willy Wonka (Millbury Jr./Sr. High School), Kate in Annie (The Community Players, Pawtucket, Rhode Island) and she performed in Together In The Arts as herself (Hopkinton Center for the Arts). Marley has been studying voice for 2 years with Eric Balboni and has competed in dance in the styles of Tap, Jazz, and Musical Theater.
Beyond school and the stage, Marley participates in the Millbury Marching Band, Math Team, Concert Band, Chorus, and is a member of the National Junior Honor Society. Marley plays alto and tenor saxophone, ukulele, guitar and upright bass. Marley loves playing with her dogs and spending time with her family. She would like to thank the Broadway Mentors Program and Tracy Anderson for this incredible opportunity. She is very grateful to be a member of the Broadway Mentors Program for the next year!
